The Economist: “Mr Trump’s strong ratings, points out Nate Silver of FiveThirtyEight, represent the views of only around 25% of the 25% of Americans who identify as Republicans. That equates to 6-8% of the electorate—roughly the proportion who think the Apollo moon landings were faked.”
Somewhat humorous – – but for some reason I don’t see (or hear) The Economist make statements of this nature with respect to candidates and voters at the other end of the political spectrum.
If there are some examples out there, if I’ve missed them somehow, I’d love to hear them. I’m always up for a laugh.
